• Daily and weekly check-in tools
• Personal memory and insight tracking
• The Mirror, which reflects your own words back to you
• Goal setting and progress monitoring
• Life satisfaction assessments

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Use the service to harm or harass others

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within StraightUp, including your check-ins, memories, goals, and conversations. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you.

We do not sell your personal content or use it for advertising purposes.

7. AI Features Disclaimer

StraightUp includes AI-powered features for reflection and guidance. Please understand that:

• AI responses are for informational purposes only
• Our AI is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice
• If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services
• AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete

8. Intellectual Property

The StraightUp name, logo, and all related materials are the intellectual property of Transparancy Technologies, LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without explicit written permission.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at our discretion, including for violations of these terms.

Upon termination, you may request a copy of your data within 30 days.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Transparancy Technologies, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
